Eligibility Requirements for College of Nursing Sciences Sokoto ND/HND Application Form

1. Candidates must score at least 160 in their 2023 JAMB UTME Examination in English Language, Biology, Chemistry and Physics.
2. Aspiring candidates must have at least five (5) credits in not more than two (2) sittings in Biology, English, Chemistry and Physics and Mathematics in WAEC, NECO or NABTEB
3. Candidates can only combine WAEC and WAEC or NECO and NECO or WAEC and NECO.

How to Apply for CONSSOKOTO ND/HND Admission Form Portal for 2023

The following application procedure is strictly for individuals who selected College of Nursing Sciences Sokoto as their first choice. Follow the steps below to start your application. While filling the form ensure you provide a valid phone number because that is where your examination result will be sent.

1. Visit the institution’s application portal at http://sis.conssokoto.com.ng of CLICK HERE.
2. Begin your application by filling in the form providing your Name, Email and Phone Number then finally select application category and click on the create button.
3. Your login details will be displayed after clicking on the create button. Simply print it and keep it safe.
4. Return to the school’s portal at https://sis.conssokoto.edu.ng and enter your username and password then click on the login button to login.
5. Locate the Applicant tab to print your invoice for form fee and portal access fee.
6. Take the invoice to the following banks for payment processing. First Bank, Fidelity Bank, Heritage Bank, Polaris Bank and Stanbic IBTC Bank.
7. Once payment is completed at the bank, return to the school’s portal at https://sis.conssokoto.edu.ng and enter your username and password then click on the login button to login.
8. Locate the Applicant tab and click on it then click on “Continue with application” to begin filling your application form.
9. Once done, ensure to print out your form.

Application procedure for Students who did not choose College of Nursing Science Sokoto as their First Choice

Students who did not choose the College of Nursing Sciences, Sokoto as their first choice should not panic as they still have an opportunity to study their various programmes in the institution. Follow the steps below if you fall under this category of persons.

1. Login to your JAMB profile.
2. On your profile home page, select correction of data.
3. You will notice that a menu item COURST/INSTITUTION will be displayed. Follow the promts and change your institution to College of Nursing Science Sokoto.

Application Deadline and Entrance Examination Schedule

The following are details about the application deadline and entrance examination date, time and venue.

1. The College of Nursing Sciences Sokoto ND/HND application form portal is open from 26th October 2023 and closes 3rd November 2023. All applications must come in withing the stipulated timeframe. Any application after the deadline will be automatically invalid so ensure you apply on time.
2. The entrance exams is slated to hold on 11th November 2023. Venue for the entrance examination is USMANU DANFODIYO UNIVERSITY NCC CENTRE. Time for the entrance examination is 8:00am. Forms will be available at the cost of five thousand Naira only (N5,000)
