Online Student Portal Registration Procedure
All shortlisted candidates admitted into National Diploma in Nursing Sciences (ND/HND) Programme at Kasimu Kofar Bai Katsina and Nana Babajo, Malumfashi CONSKAT Satellite Campuses are to proceed immediately with the online registration by following the steps below.
Shortlisted candidates should go through the student portal registration procedure to begin their online registration process.
All successful candidates of Kasimu Kofar Bai Katsina and Nana Babajo, Malumfashi CONSKAT Satellite Campuses MUST present to to the satellite Campuses the ORIGINAL and 3 copies of the under-listed:
- Biodata Printout
- Course Registration Form
- Payment Slip
- Completed Acceptance Form
- Completed ID Card Form
- Completed Library Form
- Completed Undertaking Letter
- Completed Guarantor’s Form
- Medical Examination Form
- Six (6) Passport Photographs (in programme uniform)
- Acknowledgement Card
- SSCE Certificate or Statement of Result
- Secondary School Testimonial
- Primary Certificate
- Primary School Testimonial
- Indigene Letter
- Hostel Fee Payment Slip (for those that will stay in hostel)
- Hostel Allocation Form (for those that will stay in hostel)
- Result Scratch Card(s)
- One (1) A4 Rim Paper
- NOTE: Item 1–9, 17 and 18 can be printed from the Registration Portal.
Online Registration Deadline and Lecture Commencement
All shortlisted candidates should note that online registration will close on Friday 1st December 2023 and failure to complete the online registration means forfeiture of admission.
