CONAMKAT Post Basic Midwifery Admission Form is Out 2023/2024 session

CONAMKAT Post Basic Midwifery Form is out for 2023/2024 academic session. This is to notify the general public that the Katsina State College of Nursing and Midwifery (CONAMKAT) has began the sale of Online Application Forms for admission into the Basic Midwifery program is ongoing.

The sale of online application forms for admission to the Nana Babajo School of Midwifery Malumfashi’s POST BASIC MIDWIFERY program will begin on Thursday, August 10th, 2023, and end on Friday, September 15, 2023.

CONAMKAT Post Basic Midwifery Form Eligibility Criteria

Applicants of CONAMKAT should not the following before applying for admission into institution.

1. The management of CONAMKAT does not accept applicants with awaiting result
2. Interested applicants must posses at least five (5) credit in English, mathematics, biology, chemistry and physics in not more than two (2) sittings of WAEC, NECO and NABTEB
3. The Post Basic Midwifery programme is completely full time. Interested applicants currently working in any organization should get a release letter.
4. Applicants are advised to pay attention to the application deadline as applications won’t be accepted after the stipulated deadline.
5. Interested candidates for Post Basic Midwifery MUST have evidence of ELIMINATION in their Final Qualifying Examination of the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria.

CONAMKAT Post Basic Midwifery Application Procedure

1. Locate your mobile browser and visit www.conamkat.edu.ng.
2. Locate the navigation menu and click on apply online.
3. You will be directed to CONAMKAT admission application portal at application.conamkat.edu.ng.
4. Click on the “Start Application” button to register an account on the portal.
5. You will be required to provide your Firstname, Surname, Othername (optional), Mobile number, a valid email address.
6. On the “Select School” option, please select Nana Babajo School of Midwifery Malumfashi and select Post Basic Midwifery from the dropdown.
7. Solve the math with the correct answer to prove that you are human.
8. Finally, hit the CREATE ACCOUNT button.
9. An account will be created instantly and you will receive a confirmation email containing your account details. Also, your account details will appear before you on your screen.

CONAMKAT Application Fee Payment for Post Basic Midwifery

1. Once your account have been successfully created, Click on the “Click to Continue” button to return to the “Continue Application Page”. You will be required to enter your email address and password to login.
2. Locate the Pay Application Fee and click on it.
3. Hit the “Proceed to Make Payment” button.
4. Select your convenient payment method (Available payment methods are “Payment with Debit Card” and Payment at Bank Branch). Select a payment method convenient for you to proceed.
5. In case you choose to pay at a bank branch, Kindly print out the payment slim  and pay in the designated bank branch.
6. In case you choose to make payment with your debit card, you will be directed to Remita payment page. You are required to provide all necessary information’s to complete your payment.
